Keep Calm and Coupon On How I save money and where I find online coupons/vouchers Disclaimer: I know that all the links work for the UK but I cannot guarantee they will work anywhere else in the world. I'm a student, and as I student I'm always on the lookout for ways to save money on things I buy and to be honest, looking for where I can get stuff for free. In this post, I will be letting you know where I find deals and the cheapest prices online and how I find coupons/vouchers for things. Now you may be wondering just how saving money can link to mental health and anxiety, but you could be surprised. You see, very often those with anxiety such as me and my parents find it helpful to know that the important things around us like our home and our car are safe and secure. 100 questions no-one asks (because why not?) (warning:long post, have snacks and drinks at the ready)

Welcome one and all to this; the 100 questions no-one asks challenge.  I was thinking, what kind of a thing could I do as a way of letting you know more about me and the way that my brain works, something which not even I can do sometimes due to anxiety and depression. And so it begins...

I didn't think I would be starting off my blog with the ugly side of mental health, but sometimes you have to start with the bad in order to appreciate the good later on. To cut a long story short, I have a PS2 (still a great console in my opinion) and I put it into my bedroom yesterday so that I can use it during the summer holidays. It turns out I had forgotten about the amount of noise/vibrations it makes from the disc (that's what you get for playing just PS4 for the past 2 years). Well, my dad was sitting downstairs and the vibrations were travelling through my desk and through the floor to the living room and the noise was apparently such a shock to him it caused him to have a small amount of panic as he couldn't work out what was happening. My mum (e.g. my guardian angel at times) managed to calm him down after around 10 minutes but this is a perfect example of just how much mental health can have an effect on a family, and I'm talking about what hap
